What Is the Outpost in ARC Raiders?

Can You Walk Around Your Outpost?

Not at launch. Executive Producer Aleksander Grøndal confirmed during the Frozen Trail press Q&A that players will not freely walk around the Outpost when the system first releases. The current version works more like an expanded base interface where you build, customize, and use its systems.

The system appears to use resources collected during normal raids, which gives common scavenging another purpose beyond existing crafting and Workshop progression. Exact furniture recipes, material quantities, and unlock conditions still need launch-day verification.
