When Does Valorant Episode 5 Act 1 Start?

Valorant’s Episode 5 Act 1 starts on June 22nd, 2022.

When Does Valorant Episode 5 Act 1 End?

Valorant Episode 5 Act 1 ends on August 22nd-August 24th, 2022.

New Maps

A new map called Pearl is being added to the game. We will also be able to play it only in Unrated for the first two weeks so we have a chance to get used to it, and there will also be a Pearl only queue so you can really practice the map.

Split is being removed due to various reasons, you probably know why. :)

Episode 5 Act 1 Battlepass

The battlepass will cost 1000 VP as usual. It will feature some nice cosmetics.

There will be no new agents in this act.

• New rank in competitive called Ascendant placed in between Diamond and Immortal.


• Highest placement you can get is Ascendant 1 out of placement


• Five stacking 25% RR penalty starts at Immortal 1 now


• Solo/Duo/5-stack restriction now starts at Imm 1
