Overwatch Placement Matches Boosting FAQ
Do not select your current Predicted Rank during placements. If the last confirmed Rank on the account was Gold, for example, select Gold even if several seasons have passed.
If the account has never been ranked, select Unranked. If you are ordering placements for a role you have never ranked but have played other Competitive roles, use the closest previous Rank from those roles when configuring the order. If you are unsure, our support team can help verify the correct option.
If the booster exceeds the maximum number of losses included in that guarantee, the order is compensated with 2 additional net wins for every extra loss beyond the guaranteed limit.
For example, if your guarantee is 8-2 or better and the booster records a third loss, that is one loss beyond the guaranteed maximum. The booster will then complete an additional 2 net wins as compensation.
Our service focuses on achieving the placement performance included with your order. A stronger placement record can improve the final outcome, but the exact Rank awarded is ultimately determined by Overwatch's Competitive system.

What is Overwatch Placement Matches Boosting?
Overwatch Placement Matches Boosting helps you complete the Competitive placement matches required after a Rank Reset with an experienced Overwatch player. Placements are especially important because their results help determine your new starting Rank, while Overwatch displays a Predicted Rank as you progress through the set.
Current Competitive Rank Resets require 10 placement matches for the applicable Role Queue role or Open Queue. We can complete the placements through Piloted boosting on your account, or you can choose Self-Play where available and complete the matches alongside our experienced players. Select your role or queue, previous Rank, preferred completion method, and available win-rate options when building your order.

Customize your Overwatch placement order
Placement matches are not the same for every player. You may need Tank, Damage, Support, or Open Queue placements, want to remain on your own account through Self-Play, prefer specific heroes, or need the order completed around a particular schedule.
Our Overwatch boosting platform lets you configure the available placement options before checkout and manage the order afterwards. Depending on the service selected, you can choose Piloted or Self-Play completion, add specific hero preferences, request streaming, provide additional instructions, schedule sessions, pause the order when needed, and follow your placement progress from your personal tracking page.
What happens after I order?
After checkout, you receive access to your personal order tracking page where you can review your placement details and communicate directly with the player assigned to your order.
From there, you can provide additional instructions, manage your schedule, pause or resume the order when available, submit specific hero preferences if that option was purchased, communicate with your booster, and follow your placement match progress. If you already completed part of your placement set before ordering, the service can continue from the remaining matches rather than starting again.
