The Aeon Camo is a secret universal camo in Black Ops 7 Zombies unlocked by collecting every available Pack-a-Punch camo. The requirement is much larger than simply earning the three normal Pack-a-Punch camos on each map because the Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos are required too.

To unlock Aeon, you currently need 33 Pack-a-Punch camos in total: 18 Standard camos and 15 Cursed camos. Here is every requirement, every map you need to complete, and the fastest way to finish the grind.

How Do You Unlock the Aeon Camo in BO7?

To unlock the Aeon Camo in Black Ops 7 Zombies, you must unlock all currently available Pack-a-Punch camos across every Zombies map.

That means completing both parts of the Pack-a-Punch camo system:

  • 18 Standard Pack-a-Punch camos across six Zombies maps.
  • 15 Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos across the five maps that have Cursed camo rewards.
  • 33 Pack-a-Punch camos total to trigger the Aeon unlock.

The in-game Aeon challenge simply says "Unlock All Pack-a-Punch Camos". This includes the Cursed camo variants, not only the three standard Pack-a-Punch camos from each map.

Rex Infernus is slightly different. It currently contributes its three Standard Pack-a-Punch camos, Codex, Arcane, and Ward, but does not have an additional three-camo Cursed set.

How Many Camos Do You Need for Aeon?

You currently need 33 Pack-a-Punch camos to unlock Aeon.

The full requirement is:

  • 18 Standard camos: three from each of the six Zombies maps.
  • 15 Cursed camos: three from each of the five maps with Cursed Pack-a-Punch rewards.
  • Total: 33 camos.

For the Standard camos alone, starting from zero means completing 18 separate 1,000-kill Pack-a-Punch challenges. That is 18,000 tier-specific Zombie kills before even accounting for the Cursed Main Quest completions.

Every Pack-a-Punch Camo Required for Aeon

Each Zombies map has three normal Pack-a-Punch camos. The first five maps also have three additional Cursed camos tied to completing their Main Quests at different Cursed Tiers.
Map PaP I PaP II PaP III Cursed I Cursed II Cursed III
Ashes of the Damned Runic Necromancer Incantation Caustic Ash Molten Ash Putrid Ash
Astra Malorum Celestial Hycean Exoplanet Crystalline Fracture Void Fracture Amethyst Fracture
Paradox Junction Playtime Doodle Portent Void Storm Ardor Storm Sanguine Storm
Totenreich Bygone Glyph Prodigal Jade Legion Crimson Legion Heliotrope
Kowakujล Draconic Serpentine Immortal Flame Cipher Toxic Cipher Blood Cipher
Rex Infernus Codex Arcane Ward Not Required Not Required Not Required
Once every camo in this checklist is unlocked, the Aeon Secret Camo becomes available.

Step 1: Unlock All 18 Standard Pack-a-Punch Camos

The normal Pack-a-Punch camo challenges are based on Zombie kills while your weapon is at a specific Pack-a-Punch level.

Each map has three challenges:

  • Pack-a-Punch Level I: Kill 1,000 Zombies while using a Level I Pack-a-Punch weapon.
  • Pack-a-Punch Level II: Kill 1,000 Zombies while using a Level II Pack-a-Punch weapon.
  • Pack-a-Punch Level III: Kill 1,000 Zombies while using a Level III Pack-a-Punch weapon.

You must do this on all six maps. That gives you three Standard camos per map and 18 Standard Pack-a-Punch camos in total.

One important detail is that the challenges are tied to the current Pack-a-Punch level. If you still need Level I kills, upgrading your weapon to Level II means those kills will no longer count toward the Level I camo.

Ashes of the Damned Pack-a-Punch Camos

Unlock the following three camos on Ashes of the Damned:

  • Runic โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Necromancer โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Incantation โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Astra Malorum Pack-a-Punch Camos

  • Celestial โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Hycean โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Exoplanet โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Paradox Junction Pack-a-Punch Camos

  • Playtime โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Doodle โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Portent โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Totenreich Pack-a-Punch Camos

  • Bygone โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Glyph โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Prodigal โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Kowakujล Pack-a-Punch Camos

  • Draconic โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Serpentine โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Immortal โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Rex Infernus Pack-a-Punch Camos

  • Codex โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level I.
  • Arcane โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level II.
  • Ward โ€“ Pack-a-Punch Level III.

Step 2: Unlock the Cursed Pack-a-Punch Camos

The Standard camos are only half of the Aeon grind. You also need all 15 Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos from Ashes of the Damned, Astra Malorum, Paradox Junction, Totenreich, and Kowakujล.

Cursed camos work differently from the normal 1,000-kill challenges. They are tied to completing each map's Main Quest while playing at specific Cursed Tiers.

You therefore need to progress far enough through the Cursed system to complete the Main Quest at all three required difficulty levels.

  • Cursed Tier I: Complete the map's Main Quest at Tier I to earn its first Cursed Pack-a-Punch camo.
  • Cursed Tier II: Complete the Main Quest at Tier II for the second camo.
  • Cursed Tier III: Complete the Main Quest at Tier III for the final Cursed camo.

Do not treat Cursed Tier III as a shortcut for the previous two rewards. Aeon requires the individual Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos, so make sure all three are actually unlocked on every applicable map.

Step 3: Complete All 15 Cursed Camo Challenges

There are five maps with Cursed Pack-a-Punch camo sets. Each contributes three camos toward Aeon.

Ashes of the Damned Cursed Camos

  • Caustic Ash โ€“ Cursed Tier I.
  • Molten Ash โ€“ Cursed Tier II.
  • Putrid Ash โ€“ Cursed Tier III.

Astra Malorum Cursed Camos

  • Crystalline Fracture โ€“ Cursed Tier I.
  • Void Fracture โ€“ Cursed Tier II.
  • Amethyst Fracture โ€“ Cursed Tier III.

Paradox Junction Cursed Camos

  • Void Storm โ€“ Cursed Tier I.
  • Ardor Storm โ€“ Cursed Tier II.
  • Sanguine Storm โ€“ Cursed Tier III.

Totenreich Cursed Camos

  • Jade Legion โ€“ Cursed Tier I.
  • Crimson Legion โ€“ Cursed Tier II.
  • Heliotrope โ€“ Cursed Tier III.

Kowakujล Cursed Camos

  • Flame Cipher โ€“ Cursed Tier I.
  • Toxic Cipher โ€“ Cursed Tier II.
  • Blood Cipher โ€“ Cursed Tier III.

After these 15 Cursed camos are finished, combine them with your 18 Standard Pack-a-Punch camos to complete the full Aeon requirement.

Does Rex Infernus Have Cursed Camos?

No additional Cursed Pack-a-Punch camo set is currently required from Rex Infernus.

For Aeon progression, Rex Infernus contributes its three Standard camos:

  • Codex
  • Arcane
  • Ward

Once Ward is finished, players who already own all of the previous Standard and Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos have completed the full Aeon checklist.

This is why the total is currently 33 camos rather than 36.

Do You Need Cursed Camos to Unlock Aeon?

Yes. The Aeon challenge requires all Pack-a-Punch camos, which includes the Cursed variants.

Unlocking only the 18 normal Pack-a-Punch camos is not enough. You also need the 15 Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos awarded through Cursed Main Quest completions on the five maps that contain those rewards.

If you already have all 18 Standard camos but Aeon has not unlocked, your first step should be checking the Cursed Pack-a-Punch camo menu for anything you are missing.

How to Check Which Aeon Camos You Are Missing

Before repeating any challenges, check your unlocked Pack-a-Punch camos and compare them against the complete list above.

Your Aeon progress should break down as follows:

  • 18/18 Standard Pack-a-Punch camos.
  • 15/15 Cursed Pack-a-Punch camos.
  • 33/33 total camos.

Pay particular attention to older Cursed maps. It is easy to have completed a map several times while still missing one specific Tier reward.

Also check that all three Rex Infernus Standard camos are finished. Ward is the final Rex Infernus Pack-a-Punch camo and can be the last requirement standing between an experienced Zombies player and Aeon.

Fastest Way to Unlock the Aeon Camo

Aeon is a long grind if you are starting from zero, so completing the requirements in a structured order saves time.

A good progression route is:

  • Choose one Zombies map and finish all three Standard Pack-a-Punch kill challenges.
  • Complete the same map's Cursed Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III requirements.
  • Confirm all six camos from that map are unlocked before moving on.
  • Repeat this process on the other four maps with Cursed rewards.
  • Finish Codex, Arcane, and Ward on Rex Infernus.
  • Check that your collection contains all 33 required camos.

Players with a lot of previous BO7 Zombies progress may already own most of the Cursed camos. In that case, Rex Infernus and a few missing Standard Pack-a-Punch challenges may be all that remain.

If you are starting fresh, however, expect Aeon to require significant time because you must combine 18,000 Standard Pack-a-Punch kills with repeated Cursed Main Quest clears.

What Does the Aeon Camo Look Like?

Aeon is based on the distinctive Pack-a-Punch Level IV appearance associated with high-tier Cursed Zombies gameplay.

The camo uses a dark purple and black visual style and turns the special Pack-a-Punch look into a permanent camo that you can equip instead of only seeing it after upgrading a weapon during a Zombies match.

That makes Aeon one of the more unique BO7 camo rewards because it is directly tied to completing the game's full Pack-a-Punch camo collection.

Can You Use the Aeon Camo Outside Zombies?

Yes. Aeon is a universal weapon camo, so it is not limited to Zombies matches after you unlock it.

Once earned, Aeon can be equipped on supported weapons through the normal camo customization menu, allowing you to use the Pack-a-Punch IV-style appearance outside the Zombies mode where it was originally earned.

This makes the reward much more valuable than a normal in-match Pack-a-Punch skin because the camo becomes a permanent part of your weapon customization collection.

Common Aeon Camo Unlock Mistakes

If Aeon is not unlocking, one of these requirements is usually missing:

  • Only completing the 18 Standard camos. The 15 Cursed camos are required too.
  • Missing a Cursed Tier. Check Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III separately on every applicable map.
  • Upgrading too early. Finish the required kills at your current Pack-a-Punch level before moving to the next level.
  • Forgetting Rex Infernus. Codex, Arcane, and Ward all count toward Aeon.
  • Looking for Rex Infernus Cursed camos. Rex currently does not add another three Cursed camos to the Aeon requirement.
  • Confusing Pack-a-Punch camos with normal Zombies mastery camos. Aeon uses the separate Pack-a-Punch camo collection.
