When Does Caps Hall of Legends 2026 Start and End?

The Caps Hall of Legends event starts September 10, 2026 at 11 AM PT. It launches alongside League of Legends Patch 26.18.

Pre-release client information has shown slightly different cutoff dates for Pass progression and Pass deactivation. The standard Hall of Legends 2026 Pass costs 1,950 RP and contains 100 reward levels inspired by Caps' career.

Buying the Pass does not give you the premium Tristana skin collections. Instead, the standard Pass progression contains Risen Legend Orianna, additional skins, Mythic Essence, loot, icons, emotes, a ward, banner, title, and other rewards.

The Hall of Legends Pass is unusually large compared with a normal event track. There are 100 total levels, with a mixture of free rewards and rewards that require the 1,950 RP Pass.

The major cosmetic milestones currently include Risen Legend Orianna at Level 10, Freljord Taliyah at Level 25, Elderwood LeBlanc at Level 60, Empyrean Akali at Level 87, the Beacon of Hope Banner at Level 90, and the Orianna event chroma at Level 100.

Risen Legend Orianna Skin & Cosmetics

Risen Legend Orianna is the main champion skin attached to the standard Pass. The current pre-release track places the skin itself at Level 10, with its border and icon arriving at Level 15.

The Pass also contains an exclusive Orianna chroma at the end of the track. Pre-release assets call this the Risen Legend Orianna Vivid Chroma, while some early client data describes it as a Mythic Chroma.

Additional Champion Skins

Three older League skins are also included across the Hall of Legends track:

The track also provides permanent champion unlocks for Orianna, Taliyah, LeBlanc, and Akali before their related skin milestones.

Completing the entire track gives a total of 125 Mythic Essence. The rewards become larger near the end, including a 25 Mythic Essence milestone at Level 99.

Riot also confirms 11 Orbs as part of the Pass. The current pre-release client track labels those same loot milestones as "Hall of Legends 2025 Chests," so this appears to be either a reused internal name or pre-release labeling that should be checked once Patch 26.18 is live.

The four purchase options target very different players. The standard Pass is mainly about progression and rewards, while the three Tristana collections are premium cosmetic bundles.

RP prices are the most accurate way to compare the bundles because the real-money cost depends on your region, available RP packages, and how much RP you already have on your account.

There is a large gap between the 1,950 RP Pass and the 58,865 RP Signature bundle, but most players do not need the highest tier to get the main Hall of Legends rewards.

Buy the 58,865 RP Signature Collection If...

The Signature tier is the complete collector package. Its main exclusive advantages are Caps' Signature treatment, the Paragon chromas, the "Claps" title, Signature cosmetics, and the fact that all 100 Pass levels are included immediately.

It is not required to obtain the normal Risen Legend Orianna skin or complete the standard event.

How Long Does It Take to Complete the Hall of Legends Pass?

Riot has revealed all 100 reward levels, but the final Hall of Legends 2026 progression rate, mission structure, and exact time needed to reach Level 100 have not been fully confirmed for the live event yet.

That means any exact "X games to Level 100" estimate before September 10 would be guesswork. Once Patch 26.18 is live, the important numbers to check are:

• Total progression required for Level 100
• Progress earned per game
• Event mission rewards
• Weekly or one-time mission bonuses
• Which League modes count toward progression
• Whether wins progress faster than losses
• Whether individual Pass levels can be purchased separately

Can You Buy the Caps Hall of Legends Skins After the Event?

Riot previously treated Hall of Legends cosmetics as limited-time content with no planned return. However, newer 2026 language appears to leave open the possibility that Hall of Legends cosmetics could become available again later.
