League boosting is a service that allows you to reach any higher rank you desire. Our team of professional boosters will provide will handle your boost in a timely manner. Where do I register for Boosting Factory?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, Skrill (PSC, Neteller, Alipay, Klarna and more) and Bitcoin.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any point and we will refund you for the uncompleted part or the whole amount if the order has not been started. Make sure to contact our support team before opening any disputes with the payment processor as that can result in a break of our Terms of Use and additional charges.

Is purchasing a LoL boost safe?

While purchasing a LoL boost where our professionals handle your account is against Riot’s ToS, since our opening in January 2015, we’ve had a very low amount of cases of bans due to our VPN service that allows us to mimic your country’s IP address. Purchasing a LoL Duo Queue boost is completely allowed by Riot. Not bannable.

What if I get banned?

If you got banned for MMR boosting/ELO boosting, Boosting Factory does not cover the costs of your account, but will gladly help you with Riot’s support in order to attemp an unban. Even though the risk is minimum, we cannot guarantee 100% safety. Any other possible bans will be covered by Boosting Factory.

How can I purchase a guaranteed duo boost

Visit our Guaranted ELO boosting page, customize your boost and check the “Duo Queue” checkbox found on the right lower corner in the boost customizer module.

Can you stream my boost?

Yes, choose the Stream checkbox that you find under the Desired Standing column in the product module.

What is an Appear offline feature?

When this feature is activated, our boosters will use extra software to mark your account as offline during the boost so noone can see the account is being played on.

Can I choose spell keybindings you will boost with?

Yes, free of charge, add it to the additional instructions field during checkout.

Can I choose specific champions for booster to use?

Yes, the feature can be found and activated on the right side of the purchase module. A “specific champions” field will be available during checkout for you to fill in.

What is a Priority boost feature?

Priority boosting puts your boost ahead of non-priority boosts in the queue, it guarantees a faster assign to a booster and boost completion.

What is LP gain?

It’s an average number of League Points you receive after each win.

I'm not sure about my LP gain, what should I put?

An average LP gain is perfectly fine. If you’re freshly placed or really don’t have any info on your LP gain, put 19.

If I purchase a 10 placement games pack, how many wins do you guarantee?

The rules apply for purchased SOLO placement games boosting. For duo boosting it’s 1 win less with no win guarantees if you’re Platinum or higher.

What happens if you do not meet the guaranteed win rate?

For each extra loss we will boost 2 NET wins per each extra loss, and , free! In cases where the guaranteed winrate wasn’t met but your account is placed in Diamond 3 or higher, boost is considered completed.

What is a NET win?

A NET win is what we call a pure win. For example, an order consisting of 10 NET wins means the booster will end the order with 10 wins in plus. Meaning if he lost, let’s say 2 games, he will have to win 12 in total in order to have 10 pure wins. (12-2 = 10)

What is Unranked to Guaranteed Tier service?

This service allows you to not only get your placement games done for the season, but to request an exact desired Tier that our booster will reach, even if it takes more games than just 10 placement games. A booster will boost you to the desired tier, division V or higher.

Boost Delivery

I made a purchase, what now?

Feel free to log in to our Dashboard using just your e-mail and track your order from there, you can chat with an admin and your designated booster there.

Can I play on my account during the boost?

Yes, simply arrange the playing times with your booster. However, you are not allowed to play ranked during the boost unless your boost is based on NET wins.

How can I track the progress on my order?

You can track your progress by logging into our Dashboard and having a chat with your booster.

How long will my LoL boost take?

Boosters will play a designated minimum norm per day on each order, they usually play as much as they possibly can in order to finish the order as soon as possible, as they’re paid upon completion of an order. Ask our support to give you an approximate time of completion.

My booster isn't doing as well as I hoped him to, can I get a different one?

Absolutely, contact us through Skype or Live Chat and explain what’s the problem, we will change your booster and find out what was the reason of low performance so it does not happen again.

Am I allowed to contact the booster outside of the game and members area?

No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members area, let our team know through Skype/Live Chat and we will provide you a free thank you boost in return. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
