Does your Guaranteed Top 500 service include rating maintenance?

No, the service is a one time Top 500 slot, however you can activate a Maintain Top 500 additional feature found in between flags and then we’ll maintain for you until the end of the season.

Can I play on my account with your boosters (Duo Queue Boosting)?

Yes, choose the Duo Queue box found above the 2 flags in the purchase module.

Can you stream my boost?

What is a NET win?

A NET win is what we call a pure win. For example, an order consisting of 10 NET wins means the booster will end the order with 10 wins in plus. Meaning if he lost, let’s say 2 games, he will have to win 12 in total in order to have 10 pure wins. (12-2 = 10)

Can I choose specific heroes for the booster to play with?

Yes, simply activate the feature found below the flags in the purchase module.

Will you get me lower or higher of the SR I ordered?

We will always get you the exact or higher SR you ordered.

How does Skill Rating Maintenance work?

SR maintenance service is a service that prevents your account from decaying. A booster will play a minimum of 5 games per week on your account and finish it with same or up to +30 SR.

Can you appear offline while boosting so nobody sees I'm online during the boost?

Yes, we can boost you on another server and your friends will not see you online, Skill Rating is transferred to your original region as soon as you log in there.

What happens if you do not meet the guaranteed win rate?

For each extra loss we will boost 4 NET wins per each extra loss, and for each draw we will boost 2 extra NET wins, free!

What rating will I reach after you do my placement matches?

It’s not possible to predict your rating due to a number of variables and changes Blizzard implements every season. However, we operate on a win-rate guarantee and by buying a boost here, almost every single account ends up with its rating higher than last season. Completely fresh accounts usually end up at 3000+. Placements are and always will be most money wise efficient way of boosting, fixing a bad placement costs a lot more.

As Last Season Skill Rating, do I select my highest or the one I ended the season with?

Select the one you ended up with, but if you only lost rating by decaying, meaning the MMR remained high, select your highest.

After I purchase, when will my boost start?

Most boosts are started within 30 minutes of purchase, on days when there’s a large work load, it can extend up to 8 hours.

How do I purchase?

Step 1 – Visit out product page and Select your boosting type by clicking on the tabs Skill Rating Boosting | Placement Matches | NET Wins Boosting
Step 2 – On the left flag, hover over clickable items and press each that has a little pen over it and see if it matches your status, such as Server, Current Skill Rating, Last Season Rating and so on. Do the same on the right flag. Press Checkout and follow the instructions.
Step 3 – Fill in the order form and checkout with PayPal or Card. For Skrill or Bitcoin contact us!
Step 4 – Log in to our dashboard with your Contact email and no password on the first login.
Step 5 – One of our professionals will initiate a chat with you and start the order.

Is purchasing an Overwatch boost safe?

While purchasing an Overwatch boost where our professionals handle your account is against Blizzard’s ToS, since our opening in January 2015, we’ve had zero cases of bans in both Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch due to our VPN service that allows us to mimic your country’s IP address. Yes, you can. Note that it might slow down the service as you’re required to be present during every login.

How can I track the progress on my order?

You can track your progress by logging into our Dashboard and having a chat with your booster.

How long will my Overwatch boost take?

All boosts are usually started within 30 minutes of purchase, the length itself depends on the size of your order. All boosters do their best to complete the order in shortest time possible. Support agent might have a better approximation for you, feel free to ask.

My booster isn't doing as well as I hoped him to, can I get a different one?

Absolutely, contact us through Skype or Live Chat and explain what’s the problem, we will change your booster and find out what was the reason of low performance so it does not happen again.

Am I allowed to contact the booster outside of the game and members area?

No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members’ area, let our team know through Skype/Live Chat and we will provide you a free thank you boost in return. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
