Boosting Factory User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Booster”, both “Users”) of the Boosting Factory services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) described herein and Boosting Factory, sole proprietorship for services, a company incorporated in Croatia, registered number 97820326, with its principal place of business at Balokoviceva 51, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia.

Please make sure you fully understand the contents of this Agreement. If you have any doubts about any of your rights and obligations resulting from your acceptance of this Agreement, please consult us or obtain legal support.


In this Agreement:

“Booster” means an individual registered on the Boosting Factory platform with the account classified as the “Booster” for receiving the orders from Customer.

“Customer” means an individual registered on the Boosting Factory Platform with the account classified as the “Customer” for receiving the orders from Boosters.

“Order” means the result of Customer’s account game boosting in accordance with the agreed requirements of Customer or provided by Booster through Boosting Factory.

“Services” means the marketing and technical services provided by Boosting Factory for users to organize their interaction on the platform for the purposes of placing orders (power leveling, placement games, rank boost, win boost and etc. – depending on the chosen game), and buying accounts or coaching lessons.

1. General Terms of Use

1.1 Boosting Factory sells time in the form of service and game accounts. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others they remain the property of their original copyright owners.

1.2 The service Boosting Factory is hosted under the name (domain) of www.boostingfactory.com (the website) and is not affiliated with any other site, company, brand, organization, or similarly named entity resembling it.

1.3 The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the game and service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality and speed of our service, you, our customer, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. We undergo serious internal procedures to deal with such situations, take measures to ensure we perform at the highest level on the market and also monitor all personnel on the website.

1.4 All products and services available on the website are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game services.

1.5 Boosting Factory does not offer any physical products or property.

1.6 When placing an Order, Customer must provide genuine accurate and complete information, as well as maintain this information up to date. If a user provides false information during checkout, Boosting Factory has reasonable grounds to believe that the information given or provided by Customer is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Boosting Factory has the discretion to refuse Customer in placing an order on the platform; block; and/or remove such account.

1.7 Boosting Factory has the right at any time at its sole discretion, to request Booster or Customer to provide confirmation of their personal information (for example, documents confirming the identity of the user), specified by Booster or Customer during the time an Order is active on the platform. Boosting Factory has the right to have access to any information placed on the platform, including any conversation and data in the user account. Boosting Factory has а right to block or delete an account if Booster or Customer does not provide the requested information and/or supporting documents within 7 calendar days from Boosting Factory’s request. These requests are rarely requested, in events of suspicious purchases only.

1.8 Boosters and Customers agree to protect the confidentiality of information used to access their account. Boosters and Customers also agree to immediately notify Boosting Factory of unauthorized (carried out by a third party without consent) access to the account, using their email address and password, and/or of any other breach of (suspected of violating) confidentiality of the email address and password.

1.9 The exchange of contact information between any users (including e-mail, skype id, telephone numbers, etc.) for communication outside Boosting Factory is forbidden.

1.10 The Customer will be rewarded if he reports a Booster that offers him services outside the platform, so called, private boosting, if he keeps screenshots of the conversation that can be used as conclusive proof.

2. Order Delivery

2.1 As a part of the Services, Booster is obligated to fulfill the instructions specified by Customer. Instructions which have been communicated to Booster in the chat take priority over all other previously given Instructions.

2.2 The quality of an Order provided by Booster must fully meet all the requirements specified in this exact Order.

2.3 Customers are notified of the completed Orders via an Order update on the platform, and personally by Booster. After completing the Order, Booster must make the screenshot of the completed Order. The screenshot provided is considered as a guarantee of the completed Order in case of any dispute between Customer and Booster. Customer must be logged into his/her Boosting Factory account in order to see the result of the work.

2.4 Customer’s instructions for the Order must be clear and precise. If such instructions are unclear and Customer does not add the necessary instructions within the required timeframe, such Order cannot be completed.

2.5 In the event where a service is not delivered as promised, or other conditions are not met pertaining to the Order, the customer may contact us within 72 hours of the finishing of the Order, or while the order is in progress and we will gladly find a solution or a compromise.

2.6 Customer purchasing services for Boosting Factory’s games that has failed to add correct information (for instance wrong starting rating) will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists or his Order will be not be completed in full, but rather up to the point that matches the amount initially paid.

2.7 If Customer is not satisfied with the result of Booster’s work, he may request additional revisions by contacting Boosting Factory.

2.8 The Customer is eligible for a full and unconditioned refund on your order in case we did not start working on it before the request was made.

2.9 The Customer is eligible for a partial refund in case we started working on your order, the amount refunded is equal to the amount of unfinished progress left on the order.

2.10 Any payment dispute or third-party mediation started by you without contacting us in advance can result in cancellation of your order and no refund. Should you fail to abide, the Customer accepts full liability in a court of law as determined by the European Trade Laws.

2.11 The Customer accepts that his bill will be sent to a debt collectors agency if he chargebacks a payment for an Order that has been completed, and that he will have to pay extra fees covering both the collector’s agency and any other unforeseen costs in regards to your chargeback.

3. Order Progress

3.1 The Customer accepts responsibility for losing in-game rating/points or NET wins progress due to his logins while booster is playing, and accepts that he will compensate Boosting Factory for the amount lost.

3.2 The Customer accepts that if he plays any ranked games while having bought any boost, except NET wins boost from us, will have to compensate us for each game he has lost.

3.3 The Customer accepts that if his performance in any Duo boosting service (playing with boosters) except Per Game Duo Boosting, isn’t enough for the order to be completed, the remainder of his Order will be converted to a Solo boost (account sharing) or Duo Per Game boost or he will need to compensate Boosting Factory by purchasing an additional booster.

3.4 Solo boosting (Account sharing) goes against the Blizzard’s Terms of Service. This can result in possible actions taken against your account. We take every precaution necessary to ensure your safety, but ultimately we are not responsible for any actions taken against your account when the reason is boosting.

3.5 The Customer will be compensated by Boosting Factory for any action taken against his accounts when the reason for the action is not “boosting”.

3.6 Customer accepts the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for so that they might perform to the best of their abilities. The Booster will warn the Customer about the changes prior to making them.

3.7 Boosting Factory reserves the right to close the Customer’s order after 14 days of inactivity without a prior heads-up of the followed inactivity by the Customer.

4. Copyright

4.1 Boosting Factory gives you a limited license to access the website with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only.

4.2 Boosting Factory does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading (other than page caching and pictures from the Artwork section for personal use only), reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of Boosting Factory such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or from outside of the Artwork section); using hidden text utilizing Boosting Factory name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purpose.

4.3 All software used on the Site is the property of Boosting Factory or its software suppliers and is protected by law.

5. Customer Duties

5.1 You agree to cooperate with any investigation of Boosting Factory regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to):, false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent chargebacks, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to Boosting Factory.

5.2. The customer is allowed to post comments, ratings, and artwork on our site. However Boosting Factory reserves the right to remove or edit such comments if they are found to be: illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights of or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.

5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold Boosting Factory and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Customer Rights

6.1 The customer has the right to contact our live support or admins at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.

6.2 The Customer has the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters via our website for additional information.

6.3 The customer has the right to request changing of their booster if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without an excuse.

6.4 The Customer has the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.

6.5 The Customer has the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However, if the chosen booster is too occupied, we’ll switch it to someone else.

6.6 The Customer with limited rights provided by Boosting Factory can view all parts of the website (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information contact the admins to request maintenance.

6.7 Customers can contact the admins with the demand to remove content that is their copyright.
