OUR REFUND PROCESSING POLICY
Before initiating a refund process, we kindly ask you to contact Live Chat and see if your issue can somehow be fixed. Our staff usually adds extra free boosting to clients who were legitimately wronged by our staff in any way. Please do not initiate any disputes or chargebacks on your own, our staff will gladly help you with your refunds during our working hours.

1. After placing an order, you are eligible for a full and unconditional refund minus the transaction fee at any point until your order has been started by our team.
2. Refunds are possible for orders that have been started as well, the amount refunded will be equal to the price of the unfinished part of the order minus the transaction fee.
3. Refunds are possible in the same payment method that was used to initially place an order, or in form of store credit.
4. In a case where your refund request is not listed here, please contact our staff to assist you with it as soon as possible.
