Can I play on my account with your boosters (Duo Queue)?

Yes, choose the Duo Queue icon that you find inbetween the 2 large flags in the product module.

Can you stream my boost?

Yes, choose the Stream icon that you find inbetween the 2 large flags in the product module.

What is a NET win?

A NET win is what we call a pure win. For example, an order consisting of 10 NET wins means the booster will end the order with 10 wins in plus. Meaning if he lost, let’s say 2 games, he will have to win 12 in total in order to have 10 pure wins. (12-2 = 10)

Can I choose specific heroes for the booster to play with?

Yes, any list containing 3 or more heroes can be used, free of charge.

Placement Matches FAQ

Why should I purchase an Overwatch Placement Matches boost?

A placement matches boost is the most affordable way to reach high Skill Rating you desire. The 10 placement games make the most impact on your placing and winning as many as possible is crucial.

How many wins do you guarantee?

During preorders period, we guarantee 80% winrate when we operate the account and 70% when you play on the account. During season, we guarantee atleast 70% wins when we handle the account, and 60% when you play on the account with 1 booster. With each additional booster, guarantee goes up by 10%. In most cases we win more than 80% in solo and duo with only 1 booster.

What happens if you do not meet the guaranteed winrate?

For each extra loss we will boost 3 NET wins per loss, free!

What payment methods do you accept?

Our primary payment method is PayPal, you can order directly via the website by using PP. We also accept Skrill and Bitcoin, contact Live Support in order to get an invoice for paying via Skrill or Bitcoin.

How long will the boost take?

Anywhere from 4 to 16 hours.

How do I purchase?

Step 1 – Visit out product page and Select your boosting type by clicking on the tabs Skill Rating Boosting | Placement Matches | NET Wins Boosting
Step 2 – On the left flag, hover over clickable items and press each that has a little pen over it and see if it matches your status, such as Server, Current Skill Rating, Last Season Rating and so on. Do the same on the right flag. Press Checkout and follow the instructions.
Step 3 – Fill in the order form that pops up after PayPal purchase.
Step 4 – Log in to our dashboard with your Contact email and no password on the first login.
Step 5 – One of our professionals will initiate a chat with you and start the order.

Why do I purchase without entering any info about my account? How will you contact me?

In order to prevent forms which didn’t clear through PayPal sucessfully from entering our database, we need you to clear PayPal first, after a successful PayPal clearance, you’re redirected to our purchase form that you fill in with basic info about you and your account.

Is purchasing an Overwatch boost safe?

While purchasing an Overwatch boost where our professionals handle your account is against Blizzard’s ToS, since our opening in January 2015, we’ve had zero cases of bans in both Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch due to our VPN service that allows us to mimic your country’s IP address. Purchasing an Overwatch Duo Queue boost is completely allowed by Blizzard.

Do you accept other means of payment?

Our primary processor is PayPal. We also accept Skrill and BTC, both modules are in development but we’re able to take your payment manually, please contact us via Live Chat, Skype or Contact Us page.

While trying to pay, I ran into an error: GetExpressCheckoutDetails API call failed. Detailed Error Message: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.Short Error Message: This transaction couldn't be completed.Error Code: 10486

This error occurs when you’re funding source is limited or you’ve depleted funds on your primary funding source, you can try paying with another Credit Card by contacting us and receiving a manual PayPal invoice from us. Contact us via Live Chat, Skype or Contact Us page.

This particular error appears when PayPal’s servers are overloaded, simply restarting your browser or refreshing the page a couple of times fixes the issue.

I made a purchase, what now?

Feel free to log in to our Dashboard using just your e-mail and track your order from there, you can chat with an admin and your designated booster there. We’ll need an Email unlocking code in order to access your account in case you did not purchase a Duo Queue boost.

After Purchase FAQs

Can I keep my authenticator on?

Yes, you can. Note that it might slow down the service as you’re required to be present during every log in.

How can I track the progress on my order?

You can track your progress by logging into our Dashboard and having a chat with your booster.

How long will my Overwatch boost take?

Boosters will play a designated minimum norm per day on each order, they usually play as much as they possibly can in order to finish the order as soon as possible, as they’re paid upon completion of an order. Ask our support to give you an approximate time of completion.

My booster isn't doing as well as I hoped him to, can I get a different one?

Absolutely, contact us through Skype or Live Chat and explain what’s the problem, we will change your booster and find out what was the reason of low performance so it does not happen again.

Am I allowed to contact the booster outside of the game and members area?

No. If any booster offers to contact you outside the game and our members area, let our team know through Skype/Live Chat and we will provide you a free thank you boost in return. Please do not offer your contact details to our boosters.
